School Research Enabling Grants Overview

The INT School Research Enabling Grants (SREG) provide funding directly to Schools at the University of Cambridge. SREG funds are designed to support the Schools in establishing local funding opportunities for their researchers. Therefore, each new funding programme set up by the School using SREG funds will aim to address local, unique, strategic research needs and help fill emerging funding gaps.

These new funding schemes will be rolled out in the 2026-27 academic year and advertised to Principal Investigators via their School in due course. Please note that the INT is not involved in the adminstration of the local School grant schemes.
