Personal information: for applicants and award holders

'Personal information’ means any information which relates to or identifies you as an individual.

So far as the Trust’s funding activities are concerned, this information is normally limited to: name; Department or Faculty; email address(es); and professional profile (c.v.) as relevant to an application for a grant or fellowship.

The following pages specifically relate to the uses the Trust makes of your personal information while you are an applicant for an award, or an award holder with the Isaac Newton Trust:

The Isaac Newton Trust follows the procedures adopted by the University of Cambridge for the collection, processing, sharing and storage of personal data, which meet the requirements of the EU GDPR regulations.

The Trust’s holdings of personal data are recorded in the University’s Information Asset Register (IAR).

This statement was updated in May 2018. It is reviewed when necessary and at least annually. Any changes will be published here and you will be notified via this webpage and/or by email.

INT FELLOWS' DAY 2018

Our first Fellows' Day, for early career research fellows partially funded by the Trust, was held on 14 June, with a series of fascinating talks by 15 of our Leverhulme ECF, Humboldt, ESRC and Max-Cam Fellows, followed by networking over drinks.
