Isaac Newton Trust

The Isaac Newton Trust (INT) is happy to help you to find a college association in Cambridge if you have not already made arrangements for yourself.  Please note that you do not have to have a College connection, but most researchers find it congenial and helpful to have a College where they can socialise with students and researchers across the full spectrum of subjects, nationalities and levels of seniority, and maybe get involved in some teaching if the opportunity arises.

We ask a number of Colleges on an annual basis whether they would like to consider INT Fellows for an association of some sort. These are normally the Colleges with the least resources to recruit new Fellows and Postdoctoral Associates and which the Isaac Newton Trust supports in building up their academic community.

We should stress that this is entirely optional as far as you are concerned.  If you wish to make your own arrangements to apply for an association with other Colleges then you are very welcome to do so. Or you can opt not to have a College at all.

Information about other affiliation opportunities is available from the University's Postdoc Academy.
