Your personal data

The Trust's policy on the collection and use of personal data during the application process and any subsequent grant administration can be found here.

Personal data contained in the c.v.

The Trust asks for only minimal core information about applicants. However,  the content of the c.v. is determined by the applicant and not by the Trust. You should  therefore ensure:

1) that the personal information on any c.v(s) submitted is limited to the core set of

  • name;
  • department/faculty and/or College as appropriate;
  • contact email addresses) the Trust should use;
  • professional record as it applies to this application

2)  that you, and any other person (e.g. a co-applicant or a named postdoctoral worker who may benefit from the grant) for whom a c.v. is submitted to the Trust give your consent to the collection and use of the data as set out in the Trust's policy.

The application coversheet now includes a consent statement that should be signed by all whose personal data (cvs) are being submitted as part of the application

 'So thrilled about this grant. It's a wonderful scheme to boost young post-docs.

 Thank-you Newton!'
